Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

Effective upon payment

1. Payment Terms

• Full payment is due before any promotional work begins.

• Payment confirms agreement to these terms.

2. Deliverables

• Deliverables (ad reads, mentions, social media posts, etc.) will be executed based on the selected package.

• Sponsors are responsible for providing all required materials (logos, product info, URLs, etc.) at least 5 business days before the first deliverable.

• Missed deadlines on the sponsor’s part may result in rescheduling

3. Content Control

• Conversations Unearthed retains full creative control to preserve brand integrity.

• Sponsors may provide suggested language or talking points, but all content will be delivered in the host’s voice and style, unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Sponsored content will be clearly disclosed in compliance with FTC guidelines.

4. No Refund Policy

• All sponsorship payments are final and non-refundable.

• If unforeseen circumstances prevent us from fulfilling a deliverable, we will offer a reschedule or comparable value

5. Platform Distribution

• Sponsored content will be published across all major podcast platforms (e.g., Apple Podcasts, Spotify) and promoted via the podcast's official social media and/or newsletter channels as applicable.

 

6. Intellectual Property

• All podcast content remains the sole intellectual property of Conversations Unearthed.

 

7. Brand Alignment

• We reserve the right to decline sponsorships that conflict with our values or audience.

• We do not accept sponsorships promoting hate, discrimination, illegal activity, or misinformation.
